Two (2) wins per class division group. They shall go to the next lower group at 52 kgs. 2. Class Division group runners may go down on vacation - one (1) group lower after three (3) months vacation and a maximum of four (4) groups in one year. 3. 2YO second- and third-placers of their Maiden Race (2007) only may opt to run in Maiden A or Class 4 Division 2B. The Philippine Racing Commission (Philracom), in its Board Resolution No. 04, series of 2008 signed 30 January 2008, has resolved that a new handicapping rule for three-year-old (3YO) race horses be adopted.
This new system is in lieu of the interim handicapping rules/system for 3YO race horses (Philracom Board Res. No. 01, series of 2008) and will be implemented effective 17 February 2008.
